Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 3 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange.   

Free Returns: We offer free return shipping on all eligible returns.

No Restocking Fees: There are no restocking fees for returned items.

Return Conditions: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unused condition and in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Return Process:

Initiate Return: Contact our customer support team within 3 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.
Provide Information: You will need to provide a photo of the damaged product and clearly explain the reason for the return.
Return Shipment: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.
Refund or Exchange: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or offer an exchange. Please allow 5 business days for the refund to process.
